How to subscribe to GenesONS

New subscriptions: starting your new GenesONS subscription is a very straightforward three step process:

Step N1:
Fill in and submit a Registration Form, specifying your requirements, choosing your Subscription Name, and confirming your acceptance of the GenesONS Terms of Service.
Step N2:
GenesONS then reviews your registration request, checks that your requested Subscription Name is available, initiates the set up activities for your chosen Subscription Package and sends you a Payment Request e-mail.
Step N3:
You then use the link in the Payment Request e-mail to make an electronic payment through the payment transaction manager (currently PayPal) and on confirmation of payment, GenesONS completes all final set up activities for your chosen Subscription Package and notifies you of service availability.

Renewals: all current Subscription Packages are made available on a single annual payment basis. For these annual Subscription Packages, GenesONS will send a renewal Payment Request e-mail at approximately 60 days before the renewal date. On confirmation of payment, GenesONS will renew the subscription and notify you of service renewal. If payment is not received before the end of the subscription period, a final reminder is sent allowing another 15 days for payment to be made before all services are withdrawn and the existing systems and data are deleted.


Subscription upgrades: at any time during a subscription period the following upgrade options are permissible:

To request an upgrade, a set of three steps, similar to the New Subscription process, is used:

Step U1:
Fill in and submit a Registration Form, specifying your upgrade requirements, and reconfirming your acceptance of the GenesONS Terms of Service.
Step U2:
GenesONS then reviews your upgrade request, initiates the subscription upgrade activities and sends you an upgrade Payment Request e-mail. For all Subscription Package upgrades the annual period restarts but a pro-rata credit is provided for any time that is un-elapsed on the existing Subscription.
Step U3:
You use the link in the upgrade Payment Request e-mail to make a payment through the payment transaction manager (currently PayPal) and on confirmation of payment, GenesONS completes all final upgrade activities and notifies you of upgraded service availability.

Cancellations and refunds: any new subscription can be cancelled for any reason with a full refund within the first 30 days. At any time thereafter, any subscription or renewed subscription may still be cancelled at any time but no refund is possible.
